Consumer Guidelines

 To place a consumer order with Boston Gourmet Chefs (BGC):

• Call Customer Service: 1-508-877-0000
press option #1 for customer service, then press option #1 for food service (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday)
• Leave a message on our 24-hour voice mail
• Email us at info@bostongourmetchefs.com
• Next Day Order Cut-Off: Monday – Friday at 4:00 PM

Note that all products sold by BGC are wholesale quantity meant for commercial kitchens and retailers. Therefore, the boxes may be large. Many of the products are not individually packaged and will need to remain frozen. Please assure that you have the proper freezer storage available for the quantities purchased. All pricing is Boston Gourmet Chefs Wholesale Pricing based on full case quantity only.

All sales are COD. We gladly accept credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) or checks (made payable to Boston Gourmet Chefs.). Customer will be required to provide their name, address, phone number and email address and will be emailed a copy of their order.
• Credit Card Payment: The customer will be transferred to Boston Gourmet Chefs Accounting to provide Credit Card information over the phone only.
• Check Payment: the customer will be required to provide the check at time of pick-up.

We will provide next day Curbside Customer Pick-up at our back dock from 10am – 12pm Monday – Friday. Customers will not be permitted to come inside the building. Customer should call the warehouse at (508) 231-4052 when they arrive. Please provide name and order number. The Warehouse will bring the product out to the customer’s car.

Our Warehouse Dock is located in the Saxonville Mills on John H. Finley III Way in Framingham. From Concord Street, turn on Watson Place. John H. Finely is an alley located on the right, just after the fire station. We are located between Dock #16 and #22 on the map of the Saxonville Mills on Page #2.
